T&C’s:

 

• All sessions are confidential unless I believe there is the risk you might harm yourself or others.

• All clients, regardless of race, ethnicity, cultural or religious background, disability, gender, sexual orientation, political beliefs or age are treated with the greatest respect.

• Any requests of a sexual nature will cause the session to be immediately terminated and payment for the session will not be refunded.

• Any information, communication and/or consultations with me are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only

• None of my sessions are intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological

• As a matter of policy, I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

 

Disclaimer

 

• As the name suggests, a complementary therapy session complements traditional medicine. Clients should seek qualified medical advice if they have any health concerns

• Clients shouldn’t stop or alter the dose of any medication or any prescribed treatment without consulting the relevant medical practitioner, even if they feel better after receiving healing

• I am not qualified to diagnose, recommend treatment or surgery, offer prescriptions or comment on advice received from a registered medical practitioner

• For any ongoing health concern clients must consult the relevant medical practitioner

Payments

 

Payment is required when booking online. Online bookings can be rescheduled through the Acuity scheduling email you would have received at the time of making the original booking, up until 24 hours before the booking. 

 

For any payments made in person, these can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or by card.

Cancellation Policy

 

I take every appointment seriously and while I do appreciate circumstances can change. I’m happy to move a session free of charge providing I’m given 24 hours’ notice. However, cancellations and no shows in less than 24 hours will be charged. Cancellations in less than 24 hours for urgent reasons beyond your control can be refunded on a discretionary basis, please contact me to discuss your circumstances in person.

 

Refunds

In the rare circumstances that you should change your mind about your appointment with me, you have the right to cancel and receive a refund. Please contact me directly to discuss this. I believe that everything is energy and everything should be done in fair exchange and right balance. If you really don't want to do something, you don't have to.

I only ask that at least 24 hours notice be given, especially for in-person bookings where I travel to and rent a treatment space, out of respect of my time and costs as well as yours. 

 

Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or no shows.

 

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a session and it is not possible to rearrange a date all fees will be refunded in full.

 

Accessibility and Facilities

 

For in-person treatments at the centre, there is unfortunately no wheelchair access at the centre, however as a mobile practitioner I am able to come to you.

 

Allergies and Sensitivities

 

I use massage and essential oils and may occasionally burn sage, incense, palo santo and have flowers at the sessions. If you have any allergies to these and/or nuts, oils or anything else specific then please let me know in advance of our session.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

 

Prior to our session, I may send out a form with some lifestyle questions to be completed. The information shared on these forms is kept and stored under General Data Protection Regulation 2018. Any personal information and details shared during our sessions will of course be kept private and confidential.

Data Protection

As required under General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) you have the right to access any personal information I hold about you. I collect information via the free energy healing, contact and consultation forms. Only on the free energy healing and consultation forms are you asked whether you would like to opt in to receive email updates from me and you can request at any time to be removed from these lists either in the email or contact me for further support.
