Meet, share, heal <3

 

Join us on the first Thursday of every month starting Spring 2025 for a Spiritual Development & Healing Circle to support you on your spiritual development and healing journey.

​

Each week will be centered around a different theme depending on where people are on their journey and can include topics around: 

 

> Energy Healing: energy awareness: the chakras and aura, healing techniques, grounding, and protection, healthy boundaries.

> Intuition & Spiritual Connection: developing intuition, receiving guidance and connecting with spirit.

> Manifestation & Intention Setting: working with the cycles and wheel of the year (new moon, full moon, solstices, etc.) and setting intentions.

> Holistic Practices: Breathwork, sound healing, EFT/tapping, and other supportive modalities.

The general format for each session will be:

 

• An opening group check-in and grounding practice

• Healing meditation

• Topic and energy practice

• Group share

• Intention setting and close

​

This is an opportunity for you to feel a sense of community, be nurtured and receive support.

​

Groups will be kept small to allow for plenty of time for individual shares and group practices.
