The Abraham Hicks Emotional Scale is a conceptual tool channeled by Esther Hicks on behalf of Abraham. The emotional guidance scale is a list of commonly felt emotions ranging from joy, appreciation, freedom, love and empowerment (the highest) to fear, despair, desperation, grief, and powerlessness (the lowest).


It is a conceptual tool and may not be universally accepted. It's intended to help individuals gain insight into their emotional states and potentially shift their vibration towards more positive and empowering emotions.

Working with the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Scale involves recognizing and consciously choosing emotions that align with your wellbeing and desires. Here are steps you can take to work with this scale:


1. Self-awareness: Begin by identifying your current emotional state. Ask yourself how you're feeling in the present moment.


2. Acceptance without judgment: Acknowledge your current emotions without self-criticism or judgment. Emotions are a natural part of the human experience.


3. Set an intention: Decide which higher-level emotion you would like to move towards. This could be one or more steps up the emotional scale.


4. Shift your focus: Direct your attention towards thoughts, activities, and experiences that naturally evoke the desired emotion. This could include engaging in activities that bring you joy, practicing gratitude, or visualizing positive outcomes.


5. Use positive affirmations: Replace negative or limiting thoughts with positive, empowering affirmations that resonate with the emotion you want to cultivate.
